In 2020, the world as the worlds knew it ended.

What began as scientific confusion in Japan erupted into the worldwide revelation of the Wizarding world to the Muggle community. The Pope began using the full force of the Roman Catholic Church to destroy it. War erupted in Argentina, Japan, Zimbabwe. Religious riots overtook Ireland, Italy, Spain. Government killing and recruitment of Witches and Wizards took off in North Korea, China, Russia. Activist groups sprung up on the Northern coasts of the United States overnight. Relocation to Antarctica was proposed. Multinational cooperation was urged. Muggle citizens the world over were shocked to learn that Abracadabra was not a spell, and that the closest thing to it was the biggest taboo the Wizarding world had.

Revelations begins at the tail end of October 2021, with a masquerade organized by the Head Boy and Girl, anxious to defuse the mounting tensions that have been building between those students who are ready for war and their fellows who believe in a peaceful approach. While Hogwarts dances, a secretive group will go through the school, showing their fellows exactly what they think of the Headmistress' ban on the Dark Arts. November will be steeped in controversy and suspicion as the Headmistress and her anti-Dark Arts Committee tear the school apart to find out who perpetrated the crime. Some students are horrified. Some just want the whole thing to blow over. Some think it didn't go nearly far enough. Now accepting applications for students. Sitewide plot charted through June.
